Plan limits

How many projects, studies, audiences, competitors, evidence items, and products each plan allows — and what happens at the limit.

Plans cap how many of certain resources a workspace can have at once. The table is generated from the product's own limit registry, so it always matches what the app enforces.

A dash means the resource isn't available on that plan — audiences, competitors, evidence, and products are part of Workspace Intelligence, which is a team-workspace feature. Projects and studies are capped on every plan that caps them, regardless of workspace type.

How limits behave

  • Limits count active resources. Archiving or deleting an audience, competitor, evidence item, or product frees its slot immediately, and so does moving a project to Trash. Studies are the exception: archived studies still count.
  • Hitting a limit blocks creating the next one — nothing existing is ever deleted or locked by a limit.
  • Where a higher plan would allow the action, the app says so and offers the upgrade path.

When you hit a limit

You have three options, in rough order of preference:

  1. Archive Workspace Intelligence items you're not using — archived items keep their history and can be restored.
  2. Delete what's truly dead — a project in Trash no longer counts against the project limit.
  3. Upgrade — see Manage your subscription. Upgrades apply immediately, so a blocked create unblocks as soon as checkout completes.
