Plans and pricing
Every CustomTester plan and billing term, with included researcher seats and additional seat pricing.
CustomTester has three personal plans for individual researchers and three team plans for shared workspaces. Prices below are per month; the tables on this page are generated from the same plan definitions the product uses, so they always match what checkout shows.
Plans
Plans and pricing will be published when CustomTester opens to everyone.
Annual terms are billed up front for the whole year at the lower monthly rate (3-year terms likewise, for the whole three years).
Billing terms
New subscriptions choose between two terms:
- Monthly — pay month to month, cancel anytime.
- Annual — one payment per year at a reduced monthly rate.
The 3-year term (one payment every three years at the lowest rate) is no longer offered for new purchases; existing 3-year subscriptions keep it.
You can move to a longer term at any time and the change applies immediately; moving to a shorter term takes effect at renewal. See Manage your subscription.
Researcher seats
Plans and pricing will be published when CustomTester opens to everyone.
Personal plans are single-seat by design — they have no seat add-on. Team plans include their seats and let admins buy additional researcher seats at the per-seat price of their billing term. Tester seats are free and separate on every plan.
